Our Daily Encouragement will lift you up and remind you that you are not alone. The same God that created the universe created YOU – and He loves you!
Over and over Scripture reminds us not only of God’s love but also of His sovereignty. Isaiah 41:10 “Do not fear, for I am with you . . . I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
What does God want from us in return? Our love and obedience. You might say I can offer Him my love but why do I have to give up control? From the beginning, God in all His wisdom, lets us know He isn’t interested in mindless, will-less robots.
Like most loving parents, He wants what is best for His children. But forcing us to “do it His way,” is not His style. He wants us to chose His ways because we trust Him and believe that He loves us.
When we show our faith in Him Scripture confirms that we can move mountains. Did God burden your heart this week to spend more time with Him? Perhaps we are not experiencing God’s presence because we are not allowing Him access to our lives. Journey with us and see His divine hand at work in so many lives. Holding us up, comforting and encouraging us through this
broken world . . .
